We are a well-respected employer within the plastic moulding sector and are seeking to recruit a Maintenance Technician to join our established maintenance team. You’ll be joining a well-structured maintenance department, working with top-end equipment in a clean, efficient and well-organised plant. The team is experienced, collaborative and backed by strong, mature maintenance systems that keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
If you have experience supporting Plastic Injection Moulding Equipment such as Krauss Maffei, Sandretto, Engel, Demag, Boy or Battenfeld and want the flexibility to opt in and out of paid overtime, this could be a great opportunity to explore. Duties of a Maintenance Technician:
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be working within a small but effective team that has been with us for many years, operating within a well-structured maintenance department. You’ll be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across our clean and well laid out plant.
Requirements of a Maintenance Technician:
As a maintenance technician, you must hold formal electrical or mechanical qualifications and ideally be apprentice trained. You must have proven experience of supporting plastic moulding equipment. This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career in a company that rarely recruits and offers the security of a stable and consistent working environment, supporting well looked after plant and equipment rarely found in other areas of engineering.
The Maintenance Technician role is commutable from Sutton Coldfield, Lichfield & Tamworth. Please Note: Candidates must have the right to live and work in the UK.
