- Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly to meet deadlines.
- Adhere to procedures outlined in the Quality Management System (QMS) and follow decisions made during Management Reviews.
- Support the execution of the combined Internal Audit Schedule.
- Collaborate with the Production team to establish and maintain quality standards.
- Monitor and analyse quality performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collect, analyse, and interpret data to identify areas for improvement in processes and systems.
- Document, track, and report on quality-related actions and their outcomes.
- Coordinate and manage corrective actions to address quality issues effectively.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement in quality processes and systems.
- Ensure all company products and services meet or exceed quality standards.
- Respond promptly to corrective and preventive action requirements to resolve issues efficiently.
- Proven experience in roles such as Quality Coordinator, Quality Assurance, or similar, with a solid understanding of chemical processes.
- In-depth knowledge of quality control methodologies and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with product testing and quality control systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, including proficiency in techniques such as 5 Whys, 8D, Ishikawa, and CAPA.
- A collaborative mindset, with a desire to work with team members to enhance processes and improve product quality.
- Exceptional attention to detail, including maintaining high standards of housekeeping.
- Proficient in documentation practices and requirements.
- Sound knowledge of sampling methods and product testing.
- Familiarity with management systems, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and work well in team environments.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metric evaluation.
- Capable of investigating, researching, and managing information efficiently.
