We are offering a super opportunity for a Press Setter. Are you the kind of person who hears a press machine whir to life and feels a sense of satisfaction? Can you read technical drawings like others read the morning paper? If you’re nodding along, we’d love to meet you.
We’re on the hunt for a skilled Press Setter to join our hardworking (and occasionally coffee-fueled) team. If you’re mechanically minded, love precision, and don’t mind a bit of oil on your hands, you’re our kind of person.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Setting up and operating mechanical and/or hydraulic presses like a pro
- Swapping out tools with the grace and speed of a pit crew
- Reading technical drawings – no, it’s not a secret language, but it helps if it feels like one
- Tweaking, adjusting, and fine-tuning until everything’s just right
- Performing checks and routine maintenance (bonus points if you can do it without losing a single bolt)
- Working alongside QA to make sure the final product is more "Wow!" than "Whoops!"
- Keeping safety in mind – because bandages are out of budget!
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience setting presses
- Confidence working with various press types
- Strong attention to detail – eagle-eyed folks, please apply
- Basic mechanical wizardry and problem-solving prowess
- Ability to work shifts and not turn into a zombie
- A team player who can also laugh at a bad pun (or at least pretend to)
