Job Description
We are offering a role for a driven and experienced Product Development Engineer, in order to become an integral part of our expanding team.
We blend heritage craftsmanship with forward‑thinking processes – and as our Product Development Engineer, this role is key in helping us deliver excellence at every stage of production.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop high‑quality products using CAD software, primarily Autodesk Inventor.
- Produce accurate technical drawings and specifications to guide manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to ensure designs are practical, cost‑effective, and aligned with our quality standards.
- Uphold the integrity of our design and development work.
Requirements
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (Autodesk Inventor preferred).
- Ideally, an understanding of metals, fabrication techniques, and machining processes.
- Expertise in Autodesk Inventor and familiarity with Autodesk Vault preferred but experience with other CAD systems will be considered.
- Background in shop floor machining or hands‑on manufacturing environments.
- Experience producing BOMs (Bills of Materials) and technical documentation for manufacturing.
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
