- Lead and implement maintenance, reliability and continuous improvement.
- Implement and effectively establish key engineering processes.
- Deliver most effective maintenance program to meet site performance.
- Plan and improve site reliability.
- Implement PPMs.
- Update and control CMMS (Spidex and Mainsaver).
- Developing individuals to have correct competencies.
Requirements
- Apprentice trained or degree equivalent in engineering discipline.
- Strong working knowledge of continuous improvement.
- Experience planning engineering activities.
- CMMS experience. (Preferably Mainsaver / Spidex).
- FMCG experience would be beneficial.
>In depth knowledge of TPM.
