  • Maintenance Supervisor Duties include:

  • Continental days 7:00 – 19:00 (Flexi time).
  • Lead and implement maintenance, reliability and continuous improvement.
  • Implement and effectively establish key engineering processes.
  • Deliver most effective maintenance program to meet site performance.
  • Plan and improve site reliability.
  • Implement PPMs.
  • Update and control CMMS (Spidex and Mainsaver).
  • Developing individuals to have correct competencies.
  • Maintenance Supervisor Requirements include:

  • Apprentice trained or degree equivalent in engineering discipline.
  • Strong working knowledge of continuous improvement.
  • In depth knowledge of TPM.
  • Experience planning engineering activities.
  • CMMS experience. (Preferably Mainsaver / Spidex).
  • FMCG experience would be beneficial.
