  • What You’ll Be Doing – Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a skilled team of maintenance engineers across planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Manage critical breakdowns and maintenance activities across specialist plant and heavy equipment.
  • Oversee contractors, statutory inspections and health & safety compliance.
  • Ensure availability of critical spares and coordinate capex projects.
  • Mentor apprentices, issue permits and uphold high maintenance standards.
  • What We’re Looking For:

  • Mechanically qualified – ideally to HND level.
  • Proven track record in managing maintenance within heavy engineering sectors such as:
  • Recycling
  • Power generation
  • Waste treatment
  • Quarrying
  • Steel processing
  • Oil & gas
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills, with a proactive approach to engineering challenges.
  • Location:
    Easily commutable from most pasts of the West Midlands
