Maintenance Manager Duties
- Days (42.5 hours per week).
- Leading an engineering team.
- Daily man management.
- Dealing with external OEMs and Contractors.
- Conduct performance reviews.

Maintenance Manager Requirements
- Ideally Qualified to HNC or above.
- Previous experience managing engineering teams.
- High-volume manufacturing experience.
- Demonstrable performance.
- A good understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering.
- Excellent communication skills.
- CMMS experience.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
