What You’ll Be Doing – Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a skilled team of maintenance engineers across planned and reactive maintenance.
- Manage critical breakdowns and maintenance activities across specialist plant and heavy equipment.
- Oversee contractors, statutory inspections and health & safety compliance.
- Ensure availability of critical spares and coordinate capex projects.
- Mentor apprentices, issue permits and uphold high maintenance standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Mechanically qualified – ideally to HND level.
- Proven track record in managing maintenance within heavy engineering sectors such as:
- Recycling
- Quarrying
- Oil & gas
- Strong leadership and organisational skills, with a proactive approach to engineering challenges.
