We are offering a super opportunity for a CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator, who is a HyperMill expert. We are enjoying an uplift in orders coming through, which means we have a role as a CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator now available. Responsibilities:
- Operating, setting and programming CNC machines (3, 4 & 5 axis)
- Using Hypermill CAM software to bring complex parts to life
- Working with a range of materials to tight tolerances
- Problem-solving, fine-tuning, and maybe even showing the robots who's boss
- Collaborating with engineers, designers, and occasionally people who call all machines "that spinny thing"
Requirements:
- Solid experience in a CNC setting/operating/programming role
- Proficient in Hypermill CAM software – you’re the go-to, not the Googler
- A keen eye for detail (you notice when a drawing is 0.01mm off)
- Ability to work independently on a dayshift with a strong sense of ownership
- Bonus points if you can make the tea and program a 5-axis mill at the same time
- Day shift only – your evenings are your own
