CNC SUPERVISOR /PROGRAMMER / SETTER /OPERATOR

We are offering a super opportunity for a CNC Supervisor / Programmer / Setter / Operator.

We enjoying an uplift in orders coming through, which means we have a role as a CNC Supervisor / Programmer / Setter tole now available.

You may be an experienced CNC Programmer, who is looking to step up in your career. This could be just the opportunity for you!

  • Program, set, and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components
  • Working with Mazak and Fanuc controls
  • Team Leading a small team of Operators
  • Optimise machining processes for efficiency and precision
  • Maintain Quality control and trouble shoot issues
  • Champion continuous improvements

  • REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant CNC Programming / Setting and Operating experience
  • Predominantly CNC Milling
  • Ideally, to have some supervisory experience, or to have worked at a Senior level
  • However, you may be a CNC Programmer, who is looking to step up your career into a more Senior role
  • To have the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Happy to work days, but flexibility would be required to cover when needed
  • Ambitious and keen to progress
