The Role – Electrical Maintenance Supervisor
In this hands-on leadership role, you will:
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a small team of electrical maintenance engineers
- Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across a busy plant environment
- Lead electrical plant projects from concept to installation and commissioning
- Drive continuous improvement, reduce downtime, and increase plant reliability
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver long-term engineering solutions
About You – Skills & Experience
- Time-served Electrical Engineer / Electrician (HNC/HND preferred)
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in engineering, manufacturing, or heavy industry
- Strong background in electrical plant maintenance and project delivery
- Excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills
- Proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic engineering environment
