Join to apply for the Project Coordinator role at PROAV. proAV is a leading global audio visual integrator, providing AV and event services across multiple client partnerships globally. Our immediate requirement is for an experienced Project Coordinator to be a key part of our Egham team, representing proAV, taking full responsibility for assisting the Project Managers and teams by monitoring and implementing the framework for them to operate within. The role also includes managing and coordinating smaller projects, where it is not viable or economical to assign dedicated Project Managers. The Project Coordinator also supports Project Managers with admin, client communication such as email and telephone calls, and coordinates project resources such as people, information, rooms and equipment both solely and as a support mechanism to the Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support client needs.
  • Ensure projects run in compliance with organisational requirements.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to project teams.
  • Serve as a general interface between client and the business.
  • Manage and monitor individual and collaborative workloads.
  • Maintain and integrate project plans.
  • Track and report overall progress.
  • Administer the project budget and track project costs.
  • Plan and schedule resources for a group of projects.
  • Monitor resource utilisation.
  • Perform quality reviews.
  • Establish and maintain the project documentation library.
  • Provide weekly updates to the Operations Manager for submission to directors.

Hours of Work

40 hours per week, 9 hours per day, 8.30am‑5.30pm, including an hour unpaid break, Monday‑Friday.
