ProActive UK Ltd is a leading UK supplier of video production equipment, supporting clients from aspiring creators to major broadcasters. An interest in photography or videography will be a strong advantage in this role.

We’re seeking a motivated Internal Account Manager to support our Corporate & Education sales team. You’ll manage inbound enquiries, process orders, and proactively build relationships with both existing and prospective clients. Working closely with the Sales Account Manager, you’ll support the full sales cycle—from quotation to delivery and after‑sales care—while maintaining clear communication and strong organisation throughout. A systematic approach is essential, ensuring customers are kept informed about order progress and delivery arrangements. You’ll also liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to secure competitive pricing.

Responsibilities

  • Managing inbound and outbound calls with existing and prospective clients
  • Responding promptly to enquiries and processing orders efficiently
  • Preparing quotations in SAP based on customer requirements
  • Following up on outstanding quotations to convert opportunities
  • Producing sales reports for manufacturers and purchasing frameworks
  • Generating leads via LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Supporting sales promotions and customer offers
  • Identifying opportunities to promote distributed brands

Key Attributes

  • Experience in internal account management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • SAP experience or willingness to learn

Reports to: Corporate & Education Sales Account Manager

Salary: 28k per annum
