proAV are a leading global audio visual integrator, providing AV and event services across multiple client partnerships globally. Our immediate requirement is for an experienced AV Coordinator/Technician to be a key part of our London team, representing proAV and working onsite at a leading Global Investment Bank. This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional, experienced AV Coordinator/Technician to join an established operation with scope to drive and enhance the service at every opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the AV Support mailbox and phone lines.
  • Booking in meetings when required and ensuring all information is correct and accurately input into EMS (Meeting Scheduling Software).
  • Assisting technicians to attend all support requests.
  • Managing internal calendars.
  • Coordinate all deliverables related to meetings/events for the BAU team.
  • Educate and inform clients on current AV booking, WebEx, Zoom, Teams, TP procedures.
  • Managing the digital signage mailbox to resolve any issues users have and escalate.
  • 1st line remote troubleshoot issues within EMEA meeting rooms and support ad hoc requests.
  • Meeting room support within all meeting rooms located in London.
  • Granting onsite access to external visitors for the London, Bromley, Camberley and Chester offices.
  • Stock control and justification for consumables sign off.
  • Updating documents on the BAU SharePoint to keep items relevant.
  • Updating site guides within London, Bromley, Chester, Camberley, Dublin and Paris.
