proAV are a leading global audio visual integrator, providing AV and event services across multiple client partnerships globally. Our immediate requirement is for a Procurement Administrator to be a key part of our Egham team, representing proAV, taking full responsibility for the administration of emails and enquiries within the Procurement Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Administrator to join an established operation with scope to drive and enhance the service at every opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the team with project coordination activities
  • Manage purchase order processing, including emailing orders and handling supplier queries
  • Follow up with suppliers to confirm receipt of orders and ensure all details are accurately captured in order confirmations, including:
  • Part numbers
  • Quantities
  • Pricing
  • Delivery dates
  • Delivery addresses
  • Any other essential information for accurate processing
  • Track orders to warehouse and third-party delivery locations
  • Proactively review project documentation to identify and assess potential risks
  • Respond to enquiries from Buyers, Project Managers/Coordinators, and Logistics and Warehousing teams
  • Review daily reports, including orders placed, overdue orders, and the progress of high-priority orders
  • Manage and resolve invoice queries
