Manage calibration of all site test and measurement equipment.
  • Continuous Improvement & KPI Leadership: Lead company-wide continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Lean principles. Monitor and analyse quality KPIs, identifying trends and driving targeted improvement actions. Reduce defect rates, non-conformances, and Cost of Quality Events (COQE). Prepare and present data for management quality reviews, highlighting risks and improvement opportunities. Work closely with Sales, Projects, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues and support customer requirements. Provide daily guidance to QC Operatives and act as a key contributor in a time-critical, high-complexity environment.
