Key Responsibilities
  • Machine Setup & Operation
    • Support the preparation and setup of tooling and machinery for daily production runs.
    • Assist operators with safe machine operation and equipment changeovers.
    • Carry out routine checks to ensure machines run within required performance parameters.
  • Inspection & Quality Control
    • Conduct visual inspection of high‐value metals and engineered components.
    • Identify defects, wear, damage, or any non‐conforming parts.
    • Monitor product quality throughout each stage of manufacture.
    • Use precision measurement tools—gauges, verniers, calipers, micrometers—to verify accuracy and tolerances.
    • Perform regular machine maintenance, including lubrication and basic adjustments.
    • Ensure all equipment is operated safely and in line with engineering procedures.
    • Report issues promptly and contribute to continuous improvement activities.
