This client is recruiting experienced Counterbalance Forklift Truck Drivers to join a respected and long-standing manufacturing facility in Leicestershire. Key Responsibilities
- Operating Counterbalance and Reach FLTs safely and accurately in a busy production environment
- Moving a variety of products, pallets, and cages across the site
- Loading and unloading vehicles with precision and care
- Checking barcodes, customer orders, and stock items ready for UK-wide distribution
- Supporting wider production and warehouse teams as required
- Working within a quality-controlled, clean, and safety-focused environment
- Completing picking, packing, and materials handling tasks
- Using MRP systems and Windows-based software to manage stock and order information (ideal but not essential)
Your skills and experience
- In-date RTITB licence for Counterbalance
- Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Strong awareness of health & safety and quality standards
- Confident, accurate FLT driving skills
- A team-focused approach with the flexibility to support other operational areas
- Good attention to detail when handling stock, orders, and documentation
- Experience with MRP or stock management systems is highly desirable
