Key tasks for the role include:

  • Processing invoices, ensuring they are posted in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Dealing with invoice anomalies and supplier queries ensuring payment terms and supply of goods are not compromised.
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding payment.
  • Assisting Internal and External Auditors.
  • Providing cover for Accounts Receivable to include raising customer invoices.
  • Associated administration tasks.

The ideal candidate:

  • Someone with a high standard of numerical accuracy and attention to detail, who has the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Someone with great communication skills.
  • A highly organised individual.
