Position

Production Planner / Artwork Coordinator – Packaging | Manufacturing

What You’ll Do

  • Create and manage production schedules across extrusion, printing, and conversion
  • Coordinate artwork approvals with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
  • Maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and raise work orders
  • Purchase and manage film inventory to ensure smooth production flow
  • Liaise with sales, logistics, and quality teams to meet delivery timelines
  • Track production progress and proactively resolve delays or issues

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in production planning or coordination (manufacturing preferred)
  • Familiarity with artwork files and print processes
  • ERP/MRP system experience and strong Excel skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
