We’re ProAmpac Lincoln, a leading manufacturer of flexible packaging, and we’re looking for an experienced and driven Warehouse & Logistics Manager to take ownership of our warehouse and logistics function. This is a key leadership role where you’ll have real autonomy to drive performance, develop your team and implement improvements across a fast-paced manufacturing environment, without the shift work typically expected in warehousing roles.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading, developing and motivating the warehouse & logistics team
  • Driving performance across safety, quality, delivery and cost
  • Overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and reliability
  • Managing stock control, goods in/out and materials flow across site
  • Working closely with production and site leadership to support operational targets
  • Embedding a strong safety-first and continuous improvement culture

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management
  • Strong leadership experience within a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing or overseeing multi-shift operations
  • Highly organised with strong problem-solving capability
  • Manufacturing experience
  • Confident using systems, KPIs and performance data to drive decisions
