We are offering an exciting opportunity for an aspiring professional to join our Supply Chain team on an Apprenticeship programme. This paid apprenticeship is designed to provide comprehensive training and practical experience in supply chain management, logistics, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. The role aims to develop your skills in supporting supply chain operations, supporting production and logistics functions, and gaining valuable industry insights within a dynamic organisational environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the coordination of supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
  • Support the utilisation of ERP systems to track and manage supply chain data accurately.
  • Contribute to analysing logistics processes to optimise efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless flow of goods and information across the supply chain.
  • Maintain documentation related to supply chain operations, ensuring compliance with organisational policies.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing logistics performance and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

The role starts at our current Apprenticeship rate of £10.00 per hour for the first year of the programme. The programme is over a 3 year period to gain full qualification. The Qualification is a Level 3 Supply Chain Practitioner in FMCG environments. The role is located on the Europarc, Grimsby.
