We’re ProAmpac Lincoln, a leading manufacturer of flexible packaging, and we’re looking for an experienced and driven Warehouse & Logistics Manager to take ownership of our warehouse and logistics function. This is a key leadership role where you’ll have real autonomy to drive performance, develop your team and implement improvements across a fast-paced manufacturing environment, without the shift work typically expected in warehousing roles.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading, developing and motivating the warehouse & logistics team
- Driving performance across safety, quality, delivery and cost
- Overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and reliability
- Managing stock control, goods in/out and materials flow across site
- Working closely with production and site leadership to support operational targets
- Embedding a strong safety-first and continuous improvement culture
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management
- Strong leadership experience within a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing or overseeing multi-shift operations
- Highly organised with strong problem-solving capability
- Manufacturing experience
- Confident using systems, KPIs and performance data to drive decisions
