SOMMAIRE:
Relevant du directeur de production, le/la superviseur(e) de production sera responsable d'une équipe de production sur des quarts de 12 heures de nuit. Le/la titulaire du poste assurera le bon fonctionnement quotidien des opérations. Il/elle collaborera avec les départements appropriés afin d’atteindre les objectifs de productivité et de croissance. Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) est reconnu(e) pour son leadership, son positivisme et pour la capacité à atteindre les plus hauts standards en termes de santé et sécurité au travail et de mobilisation de personnel.
Responsabiltés
- Assurer la gestion quotidiennement de production, de la matière première au produit fini.
- Coordonner et animer les rencontres d’équipe.
- Veiller à la gestion du carnet de commande et des échantillons de nouveaux produits.
- Collaborer avec le département d’ingénierie en ce qui à trait la planification des projets.
- Établir et maintenir des méthodes de travail optimales sur chaque poste de travail.
- Participer à l’amélioration continue des opérations.
- Effectuer des tournées de plancher pour assurer le bon fonctionnement des opérations.
Gestion des opérations
- Assurer la gestion quotidiennement de production, de la matière première au produit fini.

Gestion des ressources humaines
- Gérer l’ensemble des employés et s’assurer du bon déroulement de chaque équipe.
- Agir rapidement lors de problématiques au niveau des relations de travail ou de mesure disciplinaire.
- Planifier les besoins de main d’œuvre à court, moyen et long terme.
- Évaluer la performance des employés sous sa supervision.
- Assurer un plan de formation pour chaque employé de son équipe.
Gestion de la santé et de la sécurité
- Assurer le respect des normes de santé et de sécurité au travail.
- Rester informé des sujets traités lors des rencontres du comité SST de l’usine afin de les partager si nécessaire.
- Effectuer l’enquête et l’analyse de chaque accident rapidement.
- Assurer le suivi des formations SST de l’ensemble des employés.
- Collaborer avec le département de maintenance pour mettre en place les correctifs appropriés selon le besoin.
Gestion de la qualité
- Veiller au respect des normes qualité des produits.
- Promouvoir le respect des normes BPF tel que AIB.
- Veiller à ce que les tests qualités soient effectués dans les temps.
Qualifications
- Formation en gestion des opérations ou tout autres domaines connexes, un atout.
- Posséder un minimum de trois (3) années d’expérience pertinente en gestion de production.
- Expérience en milieu manufacturier, un atout considérable.
- Maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office.
- Sens du leadership et aptitude forte pour le travail d’équipe.
- Disponibilité à travailler sur des quarts de douze (12) heures et sur un modèle de 3-2-2.
- Excellentes habiletés en communication.
