Le poste est en collaboration avec le département de production, de qualité et d’administration afin d’assurer un service de haut niveau à chacun de ses clients.
- Responsabilités
- Effectuer les soumissions pour toutes demandes de devis.
- Assurer la prise des commandes des clients canadiens et américains.
- Approuver la conformité des spécifications.
- Assurer le suivi des inventaires des clients.
- Effectuer les relâches quotidiennement.
- Assurer le suivi des échantillons pour les commandes-tests.
- Effectuer le suivi auprès des clients pour les non-conformités.
- Effectuer le suivi avec la comptabilité pour l’acceptation au crédit.
- Maintenir de bonnes relations avec l’équipe des ventes ainsi que les clients.
- Participer aux développements et à l’amélioration des processus de ventes.
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.
- Exigences
- Titulaire d’un diplôme d’études secondaires.
- Posséder un minimum de trois (3) années d’expérience dans le domaine du service à la clientèle ou de la vente.
- Expérience dans un milieu manufacturier, un atout.
- Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office.
- Fortes habiletés en relations interpersonnelles.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression tout en maintenant un standard de qualité de travail.
- Excellent sens de l’organisation, de la gestion du temps et des priorités.
- Aptitudes marquées en résolutions de problèmes.
- Excellentes habiletés de communication en français et en anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
