À titre d’aide-opérateur(trice), votre rôle consistera à supporter l’opérateur, afin d’assurer le bon fonctionnement des lignes d’extrusion de polyéthylène et des machines connexes.
Responsabilités
- Assister l’opérateur dans la préparation des commandes et l’opération des équipements;
- Assurer le bon fonctionnement des lignes et des équipements connexes;
- Effectuer la lecture des commandes et des spécifications de qualité;
- Veiller au respect de la qualité et de la conformité des produits selon les normes de qualité de l'entreprise;
- Signaler les défauts récurrents au chef d’équipe/superviseur de production;
- Compter et enregistrer les articles emballés finis et rejetés;
- Effectuer l'entretien courant lorsque nécessaire;
- Maintenir l’espace de travail propre et sécuritaire;
- Respecter les normes de santé et de sécurité applicables au poste de travail;
- Effectuer toutes les tâches supplémentaires connexes.
Qualifications
- Posséder un diplôme d’études secondaire;
- Communiquer efficacement, en français, dans un environnement de travail de production;
- Capacité à soulever jusqu’à 50lbs et travailler en position debout durant plusieurs heures;
- Habileté à travailler en équipe;
- Consciencieux, sens de l’initiative et souci du détail;
- Expérience en entreprise manufacturière, un atout;
- Bonnes aptitudes mécaniques, un atout;
- Expérience en conduite de chariot élévateur assis, un atout;
Conditions D’emploi
- Quarts de travail de nuit;
- Horaire de 12 heures par jour, en alternance 36h/48h par semaine;
- Taux horaire de 24,85$/h;

- Prime du dimanche : 50% du taux horaire;
