At ProAmpac, we are seeking a UK based, talented, and flexible IT Analyst to assist internal and external customers with solutions to their application and system issues including the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems and supporting applications. Reasonable accommodations may be made, upon request, to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Maintain a knowledge base through proper, accessible documentation on business analytic processes including data quality controls, field mappings, and training materials. Become familiar with standard project management practices. Be proficient at Problem Solving/Analysis.

  • Bachelor’s in computer science or related field preferred.
  • ~2-5 years’ experience in Information Technology.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), and Outlook email and calendar capabilities.
  • Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
