At ProAmpac, we are seeking a UK based, talented, and flexible IT Analyst to assist internal and external customers with solutions to their application and system issues including the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems and supporting applications. We’re looking for a hands-on problem solver who collaborates effectively, analyses issues, and sees them through to resolution.

Essential Duties and Tasks

  • Collaborate with team members to understand organizational and operational challenges.
  • Analyse business processes and develop requirements.
  • Maintain a knowledge base through proper, accessible documentation on business analytic processes including data quality controls, field mappings, and training materials.
  • Troubleshoot and identify potential solutions to application issues.
  • Learn business processes/functions to effectively research cause, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues across all modules.
  • Become familiar with standard project management practices.
  • Conduct yourself with strong ethics.
  • Have a strong technical capacity.
  • Be proficient at problem solving/analysis.
  • Have strong communication skills.

Qualifications, Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s in computer science or related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in Information Technology.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Outlook email and calendar capabilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, listening ability, and patience.
  • Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience.
  • Exceptional time management and organization skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
  • Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
