We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Sales Team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication and relationship-building skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and delivering excellent customer service.

The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining existing customer accounts, processing orders, supporting the wider sales function, and helping to ensure a smooth day-to-day operation within the department. You will also provide support to the Internal Sales / Customer Service Supervisor and assist with mentoring and guidance across the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers via telephone and email.
  • Process sales orders, customer enquiries, complaints, and general administration tasks.
  • Communicate sales opportunities to the Business Development Team.
  • Liaise with internal departments including Product Control, Transport, Repro, Technical, and External Sales to meet customer requirements.
  • Support the mentoring and training of new and existing team members.
  • Assist with the smooth running of the department and deputise for the Supervisor when required.
  • Monitor customer stock levels and help prevent shortages or redundant stock.
  • Support continuous improvement of internal sales systems and procedures.
  • Ensure company standards relating to Health.
