Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Company & Location: ProAmpac, Europarc, Grimsby

About the Role:
ProAmpac is looking for a motivated and skilled Warehouse Operative to support our Warehouse and Transport teams. You will assist supervisors and team leaders in the daily operations of the warehouse and transport departments to ensure smooth production and distribution that meets sales and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain PRISM within your area.
• Follow safety protocols and help maintain a safe working environment, including waste yards and canopy areas.
• Ensure high hygiene and housekeeping standards in your work area.
• Meet daily warehouse production targets.
• Contribute to maintaining strong customer relationships in the production area.
• Be flexible in performing other duties as reasonably assigned within the scope of the role.
• Actively promote and maintain workplace safety.

Shift Pattern:

• Week 1: 5 days (day shifts)
• Week 2: 2 days (day shifts)
• Week 3: 5 nights
• Week 4: 2 nights

Job Details:

• Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Hours: Minimum 43 hours per week
• Pay: From £12.60/hour during probation, plus £0.50/hour for CB+Bendi and £0.25/hour for Driving License.
• Additional Pay: Bonus scheme

• 12-hour shifts
• Day and night shifts
• Weekend availability
