We\’re looking for a proactive Production Shift Manager to lead our manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency targets are consistently achieved. You\’ll inspire your team, drive performance, and help shape the future of packaging in a business built on innovation, integrity, and teamwork.
What You\’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop production teams across rotating shifts.
- Deliver daily production targets while maintaining top safety and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement and cost-efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all company, legal, and environmental policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product trials and customer requirements.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in production or shift management (FMCG or food manufacturing preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of quality standards (BRC, ISO, GMP) and manufacturing systems (e.g., PRISM).
- A hands-on, safety-first approach with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
Shift pattern A rotating 4-week shift cycle to give you variety and balance:
- Week 1: 5 days
- Week 2: 2 days
- Week 3: 5 nights
- Week 4: 2 nights
