ProAmpac Grimsby Ltd, part of a fast growing international packaging manufacturing group, is looking for an Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their team. Applicants will be responsible for machine and building services maintenance and to ensure that all equipment and services are maintained in accordance with manufacturers and company requirements.

As a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for:

  • Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment used in packaging production lines.
  • Troubleshoot and repair faults in motors, drives, PLC-controlled systems, sensors, and control panels.
  • Respond promptly to breakdowns to minimise downtime and maintain production targets.
  • Conduct inspections and testing to ensure equipment safety, reliability, and compliance with standards.
  • Install, modify, and commission new machinery and electrical systems as required.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and spare parts usage.
  • Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives.
