Proactive are currently recruiting for multiple experienced Panel Wirers to begin work for a leading engineering company based in Birmingham.
Position: Panel Wirer
Salary: 25.00ph – 27.00ph
Location: Birmingham
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00am – 16:30pm – 40+ hours per week – OT Available
Proactive are currently recruiting for multiple experienced Panel Wirers to begin work for a leading engineering company based in Birmingham.
The correct candidate ideally should be multi skilled capable and adaptable, be self-organised and personable, with an eye for detail and good initiative.
Principle Duties Include
- Control Panel Build and Panel Wiring – For bespoke automated machines.
- Control panel & equipment build, cable installation & containment, wiring of sensors.
- Fitting / Assembly
- Including completion of build records.
- Abilty to read electrical wiring diagrams and schematics.
Experience And Qualifications Required
- Good standard of education
- Desirable – Apprentice trained (relevant subject) – such as NVQ Level 3.
- Desirable – City & Guilds 16th / 17th / 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Experienced with hand tools and power tools.
- Working to CAD electrical drawings, following BOM\’s.
- Adhering to strict quality standards.
- IT competent (general use).
