Gear Cutting Machinist is required to join a high-performing team producing precision components for the aerospace and automotive sectors. Whether you\’re already a skilled machinist or want to level up, the team offer excellent training, modern machines, and a supportive work environment.

Working Hour
- Day Shift (Monday to Thursday 6:30-15:15, Fri 6:00-13:00)
Main Responsibilities
- Operate gear-cutting machines to produce high-quality, precision components.
- Perform machine setups and tool changes within standard timeframes.
- Work from detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
- Load and clamp components securely for cutting operations.
- Apply deburring techniques as per spec.
- Use inspection tools (micrometers, verniers, gauges) to check quality and dimensions.
- Operate multiple machines simultaneously when feasible.
- Complete in-process inspections and ensure products meet the highest standards.
- Support continuous improvement and problem-solving on the shop floor.
- Collaborate with team members and assist where needed.
- Maintain health & safety and quality compliance at all times.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar machining or manufacturing role.
- Confident using measuring tools and reading technical drawings.
- Strong mechanical and mathematical aptitude.
- Experience with problem-solving and continuous improvement practices.
- A proactive mindset and great team spirit.
- Willingness to learn and adapt-training will be provided!
- High attention to detail and efficiency in your work.
