Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Sheraton. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, ensuring smooth communication and the delivery of high-quality services. Day-to-day tasks will include building and maintaining client relationships, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, managing advertising and marketing campaigns, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role requires proactive problem-solving and collaboration to drive client satisfaction and business growth.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Account management experience, including handling projects and meeting client expectations
- Understanding of advertising, marketing, and event management principles
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using relevant business software and tools
- Previous experience in the advertising industry or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor\’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
