Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of manufacturing personnel to ensure production schedules are achieved
- Coordinate daily workloads and allocate resources
- Ensure manufacturing activities comply with established processes
- Support the management of production documentation, work orders, and operational records
- Support investigations into production issues
- Promote and maintain a safe working environment
- Develop, coach, and support team members
- Conduct performance reviews, monitor attendance, and address day-to-day people management matters
- Provide regular updates on team performance, production status, and operational challenges to senior management
- Foster effective communication across departments to support business objectives and customer requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory position within a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality standards, and operational performance measures
- Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple activities
- Understanding of Health & Safety requirements within a manufacturing setting
