We're hiring multiple Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technicians for a growing precision engineering manufacturer in the GU21 area. This is a hands-on, technical role working on complex electro-mechanical products in a fast-paced production environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Building electro-mechanical assemblies (motors, PCBs, wiring, mechanical parts)
  • Soldering, cable harnessing and precision fitting
  • Reading engineering drawings, schematics and BOMs
  • Running test programs and supporting diagnostics
  • Fault finding, rework and supporting quality/RMA work
  • Recording production and test data accurately
  • Supporting continuous improvement and high-quality standards

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in electro-mechanical assembly
  • Strong soldering and wiring skills
  • Confident reading technical drawings
  • Hands-on testing and fault-finding experience
  • Good attention to detail and reliability

Nice to have:

  • Background in electronics, aerospace, defence, medical or precision engineering
  • Experience mentoring or supporting others

Hours: Mon-Thu: 7:30am-4:00pm, Friday: Early finish

Salary: Flexible & competitive (approx. £27K-£32K DOE)
