The predicted salary is between 45000 - 55000 Β£ per year.

NB: The role is based in London, with the option to relocate to Atlanta in first year.

Role Overview

The Relationship Manager-Software Recruitment division is responsible for developing long-term client partnerships, managing recruitment delivery, and leading Talent Attraction teams supporting contingent workforce requirements.

By understanding project demands, workforce planning requirements, and contingent talent market conditions, you will ensure clients have access to the specialist technology professionals required to successfully deliver key business and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Account Management

  • Build strong relationships with clients through regular virtual and onsite meetings to discuss hiring performance, project requirements, and workforce planning needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers requiring contract, temporary, interim, and project-based technology talent.
  • Develop a strong understanding of client environments, project objectives, and resource requirements.
  • Provide market insight regarding contractor availability, day-rate trends, talent shortages, and market conditions.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and performance reviews with clients.

Service Delivery & Talent Attraction Management

  • Work closely with clients to secure detailed hiring requirements and communicate project-specific needs to Talent Attraction teams.
  • Manage Talent Attraction performance to ensure rapid delivery of qualified contractors and temporary professionals.
  • Monitor recruitment performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs.
  • Track key metrics include time-to-submit, time-to-fill, fill rate, contractor retention, and service performance.
  • Ensure delivery teams maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical and niche technology skills.

Client Retention & Growth

  • Build long-term client partnerships through exceptional service delivery and workforce solutions.
  • Proactively manage changing project requirements and workforce demands.
  • Partner with Business Development teams to identify opportunities to expand service offerings across existing accounts.
  • Support account growth through consistent performance and client satisfaction.

Internal Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Provide leadership and support to Talent Attraction teams to ensure delivery objectives are achieved.
  • Ensure recruitment activities are accurately tracked and reported through internal systems.
  • Monitor team KPI performance and SLA achievement.
  • Work collaboratively with Business Development, Compliance, Operations, and Talent Attraction teams to support successful client outcomes.

Market Knowledge & Strategic Advisory

  • Stay informed on trends within the technology contract recruitment market.
  • Advise clients on contractor rates, workforce availability, market demand, and hiring strategies.
  • Support clients in scaling project teams through effective contingent workforce solutions.
  • Help customers anticipate future project resource requirements and emerging technology skill demands.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a Relationship Manager, Account Manager, Recruitment Delivery, Staffing, or Workforce Solutions role.
  • Strong understanding of contract and temporary technology recruitment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing Talent Attraction or recruitment delivery teams.
  • Strong commercial awareness and client-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and contractor management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer requirements in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
