- Follow detailed assembly instructions to construct scientific instruments according to specifications and quality standards.
- Utilize hand tools, machinery, and specialized equipment to assemble components accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure that all assembly tasks are completed in a timely manner to meet production deadlines.
- Conduct functional tests and quality checks on assembled instruments to verify performance and adherence to specifications.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or defects encountered during testing, working collaboratively with the production team to resolve them.
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Report any Bill of Materials (BOM) issues or discrepancies to the Production Team Lead for resolution and follow-up.
