Proactive currently has an exciting opportunity for a Paint Prepper / Sprayer to begin work for a leading manufacturing and production business based in Milton Keynes. Due to rapid company expansion and an ever‑growing order book, our client is hoping to recruit at least one additional Paint Prepper / Sprayer to help ensure the quality and accuracy of the site's function is well maintained throughout this new and excited influx of work. The Paint Sprayer role is an integral part of our operation and will join a tight‑knit team.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing timber ready for spraying.
- Mixing paint and applying a water‑based primer and topcoat.
- Handheld spraying in spray booths.
Qualifications
- Experience desirable, some training will be given.
- Ability to work as part of a dedicated, motivated, punctual, hardworking and well‑established team.
- Motivated by detail and quality.
- Strong communication skills with a mature and professional approach.
- Flexible attitude to working hours and overtime.
