  • Hours: 7.30am-4.30pm Monday to Thursday, 7.30am-2.30pm on Friday

Our client, a leading manufacturing business is looking for a Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative to contribute to their continued success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick and dispatch orders to customers to a high-quality standard.
  • Check incoming components for quantity and integrity, storing them correctly.
  • Operate within Health & Safety regulations at all times.
  • Be flexible to work at offsite storage locations when required.
  • Handle a variety of tasks both inside and outside, in all weather conditions.

Requirements

  • Accredited Counterbalance Forklift Truck licences
  • Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong manual handling skills and the ability to work in all climates (PPE provided).
  • A team-oriented approach, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in basic IT skills and the ability to manage tasks with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and numeracy.
  • A self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • A flexible approach to work, including overtime when needed.
  • A full, valid driving licence.
