Machine Minder - Park Royal
Salary: £33,000-£34,000
Shift: 4 on, 4 off nights
Location: Park Royal
We're recruiting a Machine Minder to join a busy manufacturing site in Park Royal.
You’ll be responsible for keeping production machinery running smoothly, carrying out machine set-ups and tool changes, and acting as the first response to breakdowns. More complex faults will be escalated to the maintenance engineering team.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery
- Complete machine set-ups and tool changes
- Carry out first-line fault finding and breakdown response
- Maintain safe, clean working standards
- Escalate faults that require engineering support
What we're looking for
- Manufacturing, production, machine operating, or engineering experience
- Comfortable working night shifts on a 4-on, 4-off pattern
- Practical and mechanically minded
- Reliable, proactive, and keen to learn
