We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse environment in Stratford, London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional with a valid FLT / Reach / VNA licence who enjoys practical, hands-on work and takes pride in maintaining accurate, safe and efficient warehouse operations.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play an important role in the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring goods are accurately received, stored, picked and prepared for dispatch. Key responsibilities include:

  • Accurately picking and preparing orders for dispatch
  • Receiving, checking and recording incoming goods
  • Carrying out stock checks and supporting inventory control
  • Loading, unloading and handling materials safely
  • Operating FLT / Reach / VNA equipment safely and efficiently
  • Preparing delivery paperwork and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with transport arrangements and delivery bookings
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
  • Supporting the wider warehouse team with daily operational requirements

About You

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Previous experience in warehouse or materials handling
  • Experience with goods-in and goods-out processes
  • A valid FLT / Reach / VNA licence
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to work safely and efficiently in a busy warehouse environment
  • A reliable, positive and proactive approach to work
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
