We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse environment in Stratford, London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional with a valid FLT / Reach / VNA licence who enjoys practical, hands-on work and takes pride in maintaining accurate, safe and efficient warehouse operations.
The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play an important role in the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring goods are accurately received, stored, picked and prepared for dispatch. Key responsibilities include:
- Accurately picking and preparing orders for dispatch
- Receiving, checking and recording incoming goods
- Carrying out stock checks and supporting inventory control
- Loading, unloading and handling materials safely
- Operating FLT / Reach / VNA equipment safely and efficiently
- Preparing delivery paperwork and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with transport arrangements and delivery bookings
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Supporting the wider warehouse team with daily operational requirements
About You
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Previous experience in warehouse or materials handling
- Experience with goods-in and goods-out processes
- A valid FLT / Reach / VNA licence
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to work safely and efficiently in a busy warehouse environment
- A reliable, positive and proactive approach to work
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
