We are currently recruiting for a Junior Engineer to join a leading manufacturing business in Kettering. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their engineering career within a fast-paced production environment.
The Role
- Support maintenance and engineering activities across the site.
- Assist with equipment repairs, servicing, and refurbishment.
- Support planned maintenance, breakdown response, and changeovers.
- Carry out machine inspections, adjustments, and basic maintenance tasks.
- Work closely with engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.
- Maintain high standards of safety and housekeeping.
About You
- Previous experience within manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, or a workshop environment.
- Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop technically.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
