Hatfield (AL9) . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in production, assembly or warehouse operations who is looking to build a long-term career.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • General assembly and basic wiring
  • Picking, packing and preparing products for dispatch
  • Reeling, cutting and palletising materials
  • Checking picking lists and printing labels
  • Using an ERP/inventory system to manage stock
  • Reading basic engineering drawings and work instructions
  • Supporting production targets while maintaining high quality standards
  • Working collaboratively with the wider production team

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly or warehouse environments
  • Picking, packing or stock control experience
  • Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Ability to read picking lists and identify parts accurately
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems or engineering drawings is advantageous but not essential
  • What's On Offer

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:30am-4:30pm
  • Friday: 7:30am-12:30pm (early finish every week)
