We are looking for a skilled Warehouse Operative to support all aspects of our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in warehouse related work and ideally have used Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) previously. This is predominantly a manual warehouse role with limited FLT driving (10%) and will involve some heavy lifting.
Key Responsibilities for a Warehouse Operative:
- Picking and packing orders
- Hand balling/manually unloading deliveries
- Producing paperwork and dispatch labels
- Liaise with transport companies ensuring daily collection targets are met
- Picking & packing orders for despatch ensuring a high level of accuracy using hand held scanners
- Manage stock and prepare transfers for loading goods on to delivery vehicles
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles by hand or with MHE
- Ability to move between departments

- Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.00am-5.30pm, 8.00am-2.45pm on Friday
