Assembly Technician Required in Borehamwood - Immediate Start Available

Daily Duties:

  • Assembly of electrical components from drawings
  • Wiring of cables and looms
  • Crimping and basic soldering
  • Testing and quality management
  • Supporting warehouse team when needed
  • Signing for, unloading, booking in and putting goods away
  • Picking and packing customer orders ensuring the items are packed securely and safely and despatched together with the appropriate paperwork
  • Some assembly work prior to despatch
  • Keeping all work areas neat and tidy

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in electrical assembly
  • Ability to crimp and wire cables
  • Self-motivated, reliable and can-do attitude
  • Attention to detail and can produce work consistently to a high standard
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work alone as well as part of a team
  • Practical hands-on approach and logical thinker

Additional Info:

  • Hourly rate of £14.00-16.00 per hour
  • Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 4pm and 8:30am to 3:00pm Friday
