Assembly Technician Required in Borehamwood - Immediate Start Available
Daily Duties:
- Assembly of electrical components from drawings
- Wiring of cables and looms
- Crimping and basic soldering
- Testing and quality management
- Supporting warehouse team when needed
- Signing for, unloading, booking in and putting goods away
- Picking and packing customer orders ensuring the items are packed securely and safely and despatched together with the appropriate paperwork
- Some assembly work prior to despatch
- Keeping all work areas neat and tidy
Requirements:
- Previous experience in electrical assembly
- Ability to crimp and wire cables
- Self-motivated, reliable and can-do attitude
- Attention to detail and can produce work consistently to a high standard
- Good communication skills
- Able to work alone as well as part of a team
- Practical hands-on approach and logical thinker
Additional Info:
- Hourly rate of £14.00-16.00 per hour
- Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 4pm and 8:30am to 3:00pm Friday
