Our Bedford-based client is currently seeking Electronics Assembly Technician to join their growing manufacturing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assembling electronic components and sub-assemblies.
- PCB assembly and soldering.
- Carrying out assembly and calibration activities.
- Inspecting completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Assisting with testing and basic diagnostics.
- Identifying and resolving assembly issues.
- Following technical instructions, drawings and established production procedures.
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Working safely and efficiently within a production environment.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in electronics assembly, soldering or PCB manufacturing .
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and manufacturing procedures.
- A practical and methodical approach to problem solving.
- Willingness to learn new processes and develop technical skills.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience would be advantageous.
Working Hours & Benefits
- 8.00am-4.30pm Monday to Friday
- Rate: £13.00-15.00 per hour
- Immediate starts available.
