Our client is a luxury hot tub distributor experiencing strong and consistent growth. To support operational excellence and efficiency across the supply chain, they are now seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations and logistics.

Role Overview:
As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for leading all warehouse activities including goods in/out, stock control, returns, logistics and inventory reporting. You will play a key role in ensuring efficiency, safety and continuous improvement across operations, while also mentoring and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the warehouse in line with company policies and procedures
- Maintain and reconcile stock control using the company CRM
- Identify and implement cost reduction and process improvement strategies
- Complete daily logs and support the development of efficiency reports
- Provide analysis and reporting on inventory, logistics, costs and budgeting
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement (Lean/Kaizen/5S/Six Sigma)
